Submit a support ticket

Support tickets are managed inside your KindredMind account so we can see your settings, your call history, and resolve issues faster. It only takes a moment to open one.

How to open a ticket

  1. Sign in to your account at app.kindredmind.care.
  2. In the left navigation, open Support.
  3. Click Support Tickets.
  4. Tap New Ticket, describe what you need help with, and submit.

A member of the KindredMind team will reply by email and inside the ticket thread, usually within one business day. You can reply right from your inbox or from the dashboard.
