Can I switch between commission structures after starting?
Yes. Many consultants start with Option A or C and adjust as they learn what fits their client conversations. Contact us and we will switch your structure for new referrals going forward.
Do I need a minimum number of clients to participate?
No minimum. The program is open to solo practitioners and multi-practitioner consultancies alike. Quality of referral matters more than volume.
Can I use KindredMind myself before recommending it?
Yes. If you have a personal connection to dementia caregiving or want to evaluate the product directly, we will provide access. Contact us after applying.
How is the discount applied for my clients?
Through a partner-specific discount code you give to your clients (or that we generate uniquely for you). The 10% recurs for the lifetime of their subscription, not just the first month.
What happens if my client's subscription cancels?
Commission continues monthly while the subscription is active, up to the 12-month maximum. If a client cancels, commission ends. If they reactivate later within the same calendar period, commission resumes.
Where is KindredMind available?
Canada and the United States, with support for families worldwide. Plans are priced in CAD and USD. Pricing does not fluctuate with exchange rates.
Is my client's data shared with me?
No. The partnership is between you and KindredMind, not between you and your client's subscription. We do not share usage data, call transcripts, or family information with the referring consultant. Your client's subscription remains private to them.
Can I write about KindredMind on my website, newsletter, or social media?
Yes, with the standard caveat that you do not misrepresent the product or make clinical claims beyond our published material. We can provide approved copy, brand assets, and clinical citations.

The story behind the product.

KindredMind was built because co-founder Kirstin Thomas could not find a tool that addressed both sides of her mom Sharon's repetitive calls. Sharon lives with mixed dementia (vascular and frontotemporal lobe, amplified by a stroke) in a memory care home about twenty minutes from Kirstin's. For a long stretch of the journey, Sharon was calling Kirstin sometimes ten times before lunch, and being twenty minutes away was not a fix.
