Text messages from KindredMind
KindredMind is a business name of Strong Ventures Inc. Our text program sends:
- Account texts to the family caregiver, like trial notices, phone number notices and sign-in codes you ask for.
- Reminder and wellness check texts to your loved one. These start only after your loved one replies YES.
- Safety alerts to you and the backup contacts you add, if you turn them on.
- One reply when you call or text us first.
How you opt in: you check the text box when you set up your account or turn on text alerts. Checking the box is optional. You do not need to agree to texts to use KindredMind. Your loved one opts in by replying YES.
How often: message frequency varies based on your settings.
Message and data rates may apply.
For help, reply HELP or email hello@kindredmind.care.
To opt out, reply STOP at any time. You will get one text to confirm. To opt back in, reply START.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
